  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Innerwear or items restricted for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Akimia is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

5. Refunds

8. Cancellations

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible
